Klick & Collect Parcel Lockers are Kent Vale's Solution to picking up your parcels, 24hrs a day, when you are not at home to receive your items from the courier companies. Located between the Supermarket and the Squash Courts, the lockers are easily accessible by both KV1 and KV2 residents (please refer to Location Map below). There are 36 lockers that comes in 2 standard sizes (large and small). 

This service starts on August 28, 2017 where the KV Front desk team will work with courier companies and residents during a 1 month transition period. As of Oct 1, KV Front desk team will no longer store parcels at the reception counter but will direct all deliveries to residents’ homes or the parcel lockers.

 

4 Easy Steps to Collect Your Parcel

Step 1: Order your parcels 1 and provide the courier company with your Name and Mobile number.

Step 2: Inform your courier company to deposit 2  your parcels at Klick & Collect Parcel Lockers and key in your Name and Mobile number.

Step 3: A PIN will be sent to you via SMS once the delivery person has dropped off the parcel in the locker(s).

Step 4: Pick up your parcel within 48hrs of receiving the SMS. Automated reminders will be sent daily.

Note:

  1. Acceptable parcel sizes: Large - 37cm x 49cm x 50 cm and Small - 37cm x 13cm x 50cm. For sizes larger than the acceptable sizes, please arrange for direct delivery to your home.
  2. In order for the delivery person to access the system, a PIN is required. KV Front Desk will issue a PIN to the delivery person during their first visit that can be used for subsequent deliveries.

FAQs

1. How do I hire the lockers?

You do not have to hire it yourself. The delivery person has to hire it and place the parcel within the unit. In order for the delivery person to access the system, a PIN is required. KV Front Desk will issue a PIN to the delivery person or courier company during their first drop-off. This PIN can be used for subsequent deliveries.

2. Do I have to pay for the lockers?

The lockers are complimentary for Kent Vale residents for a period of 48hrs.

3. How long do I have before the locker expires?

You have up to 48hrs to collect the parcel. Once the time expires, Kent Vale Management Office reserves the right to remove the contents of the locker. 

4. How will I know when my parcel has been delivered?

An SMS will be sent to your mobile when the delivery person keys in your name and mobile number. Please ensure that you provide the correct name and local mobile number.

5. When will this service start?

The lockers can be found in between the Supermarket and Squash Courts, next to the DBS ATM.
