Guest Accomodation
The Office of Housing Services (OHS) manages the guest accommodation and conference facilities of the various residences under its purview.
All residences are located within the NUS Kent Ridge campus, offering unparalleled convenience for organisers, guests and participants.
From a fully air-conditioned auditorium equipped with well supported lighting and sound systems to adaptable function rooms for breakout sessions, from cosy air-conditioned suites to comfortable bedrooms, OHS provides excellent facilities at reasonable rates for guests and conference participants.

Prince George’s Park Residences
Overview
Prince George's Park Residences (PGPR) is the ideal choice for conference and event organisers, offering a complete solution for your conference and event needs.
Linked to all locations within the NUS campus and public transportation network via free shuttle bus services, it also has ample parking for cars. Various onsite food outlets offer catering services and convenient dining options for guests and participants.
Single-rooms are grouped into clusters of 15 with a common kitchen, dining area and bathroom facilities. Guest apartments are laid out like suites with a living area, pantry and a separate air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-sized bed. All rooms have internet access.
PGPR also offers sports facilities such as basketball courts, a tennis court and an outdoor exercise station. Distributed throughout the estate are air-conditioned lounges and rooms for informal gatherings or sharing sessions.

UTown
Overview
University Town (UTown) is the first live-in college in Singapore. Located across the Kent Ridge campus, OHS manages the UTown Residence as well as all Residential Colleges (Angsana, Cinnamon, Residential College 4 and Tembusu) at UTown, offering conference participants and guests a wide choice of accommodation options.
There are Guest Apartments as well as 4-bedroom cluster apartments in UTown Residence. The Residential Colleges offer 6-bedroom cluster apartments and single-room apartments. All apartments, apart from the Guest Apartments, come in either air-conditioned or non air-conditioned options to suit the needs of every conference type.
Conference facilities are managed by the Provost’s Office, and can be found here. All facilities are located beside the estates, offering convenience to organisers and participants alike.

Kent Vale 2 Serviced Residence offers spacious fully-furnished apartments for guests and visitors of the University as well as conference participants. Located amongst verdant surroundings yet within close proximity to amenities, Kent Vale Serviced Residence provides unparalleled convenience for on-campus living.
There are 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments which offer the convenience of a hotel with the comfort, space, privacy and familiarity of your own home.

Visitors’ Lodge
Overview
Visitors’ Lodge offers fully-serviced apartments for guests of NUS Deans, Directors or Heads of Departments, providing a comfortable and convenient stay on campus.
Guests are welcomed into Visitors’ Lodge by the pleasant reception lounge, with staff on hand during operational hours to receive and check guests in. Stylishly furnished and cosily lit, the reception lounge is the perfect venue to receive and welcome guests.
Situated conveniently within the Kent Ridge Campus, Visitors’ Lodge is easily accessible via public buses or free NUS internal shuttle buses.

Ridge View Residences & Kuok Foundation House
Overview
Ridge View Residences (RVR) and Kuok Foundation House (KFH) are situated in prime locations within the Kent Ridge campus, near to the Sports and Recreation Centre, Yusof Ishak House, University Health Centre, Kent Ridge Post Office, University Hall and various food outlets.
These two properties adopt the cluster-living concept, with each cluster of rooms sharing a common kitchenette and bathroom facilities. Kitchenettes are equipped with basic appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven and induction cooker for cooking light meals. The common lounges located in each block facilitate social interaction and bonding.
Being located along the arterial road of the Kent Ridge campus, RVR and KFH are conveniently linked to all faculties and other key facilities on campus via free shuttle bus services.
