Gillman Heights
 

The estate is about 20 years old and currently undergoing enbloc sale. The estate has 608 units, of which about 50% are owned by the University. 164 units are used for staff housing.

Staff housing are also available at Gillman Heights, a private residential estate, which offers a mini-mart, a small function room, BBQ pits, an exercise park, a swimming pool, a basketball court and free parking. The units allocated specifically for use by NUS staff are located 1E and 1F.

The estate is located at the junction of Alexandra Road and Depot Road, about 10 minutes from the campus by bus. It is within walking distance to several hawker centres along the Depot Road, as well as major shopping malls such as Ikea and Anchorpoint.
