Chiller Plant Optimization NUS is continuously examining the HVAC systems of its largest buildings, then fine-tuning or repairing the systems to ensure optimum usage. Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) will also be engaged to conduct reviews and recommend solutions to further improve the energy performance through Capital Renewal projects. At the present rate, the recommissioning of these buildings will be completed by the end of 2015.
