Instructions:

Register - Upon accessing the site, select the "Register Button" (New User). Company Code is NUS2010. Complete the rest of the registration per required information. Upon submission, you will be required to re-enter your email and password to access the site.

Assessment - Instructions for each assessment are included and available at anytime on the website. Please read to ensure your answers correspond to the information that is being asked.

Deadline - Assessment must be completed by April 7th.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
If you need to exit the assessment and come back later, simply close your browser and upon returning to the site, login with your email and password. You do not need to re-register. All previous selections will have been saved. Use the "Next/Previous" buttons to find the statement you left off with. Once you complete the entire assessment, you will not be able to change your responses.
