C. DENSO YOUTH FOR EARTH ACTION – NEW EARTHLINGS PROJECT
The Denso Youth for Earth Action - New Earthlings Project – is an international on-site program that brings together young people who have a high level of environmental awareness and will actively tackle challenges to create a sustainable society. It seeks to educate them about humankind’s coexistence with the environment. This second year of the program will be held in Japan for students from Japan and six ASEAN countries so that they will come to know about the abundance of the natural world in Japan and about environmental projects. Through work-study in Shizuoka Prefecture, Shiga Prefecture and Aichi Prefecture, you will gain knowledge about our coexistence with the natural environment and will learn about various efforts to reduce environmental impact in cities. You will also acquire different values and a broad viewpoint while sharing issues for connecting what you learn to your own activities after the program.
