Transport Services

The Transport, Logistics and Car Park Department maintains a fleet of vehicles and a pool of drivers to provide transportation services to NUS’ departments. The division also oversees NUS Shuttle Bus Services and acts as the liaison office for NUS when dealing with public transport operators.


This department also manages the appointed outsourced car park contractor to manage car parks services.  The car park contractor carries out enforcement action against any parking violations and reserves parking lots when requested by our customers.  Other responsibilities of the department include provision of logistics support for NUS corporate functions; provision of standard uniforms to staff at various NUS departments; delivery of the NUS internal mails to the various faculties and departments;   and the procurement of term contractors for the supply of standard office supplies and furniture for NUS’ faculties and departments.

There are 4 separate NUS Internal Shuttle Bus Services (Service A, Service B, Service C and Service D) plying the campus. The 4 services complement one another for wide coverage of the campus.

a) Kent Ridge MRT bus stop

Additional Service A1 buses will be provided to ease the crowd at Kent Ridge MRT bus stop during AM peak.
(Note: First pick up point will be at Kent Ridge MRT bus stop)

Additional Service A2 buses will be provided to ease the crowd at Computer Centre bus stop during PM peak.
(Note: First pick up point will be at Computer Centre bus stop)

b) Cross Faculty Classes

Express buses will be provided on weekdays at 9.45am, 11.45am, 1.45pm and
3.45pm for cross faculty lessons.

Note:
Express Service A1 will ply via COM2, Business Link, PGP (bus will not rest), South Bouna   Vista Road, Lower Kent Ridge Road (Faculty of Science) and continue on its journey to end   at PGP terminal.
Express Service A2 will ply via S17, Lower Kent Ridge Road, PGP (bus will not rest), Business Link, and COM2 and continue on its journey to end at PGP terminal.

c) Additional Bus Service A2 from 8.00 pm to 10.00pm

Additional bus will be provided from 8pm to 10pm due to high demand         reducing the frequency from 15 mins to 10 mins interval.
