Parking at NUS Kent Ridge Campus

With effect from 26 October 2009, Ramky Cleantech Services Pte Ltd will be managing the car park at NUS Kent Ridge Campus.

The car park will be installed with automated parking system using Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) technology. Access via the car park will be by In-Vehicle Unit (IU) identification for both season & short-term users.

Important Note:

Red parking lots are reserved for NUS staff with season parking passes only. Other season parking pass holders or visitors are reminded that they are permitted to park their vehicles at the white lots only.

Staff season parking car parks (the whole car park is with red lots) are reserved for NUS staff with season parking passes only. Other season parking pass holders and visitors are reminded that they are not permitted to park there. A penalty surcharge of $0.0856 per minute will be imposed on non-staff season parking pass holders. They are also at risk of being wheel clamped. Wheel unclamping fee is $107 (with GST).

1 February 2010
Car Park 3B (Kent Vale) will be permanently closed with effect from 28 February 2010 to facilitate the expansion of Kent Vale Estate. The existing Kent Vale Estate will be expanded to meet strong demand for on-campus staff housing.

Those affected by the closure of this car park may choose to use the following 3 car parks:
1. Car Park 3 (YSTCM/UCC)
2. Car Park 10B (PGPR)
3. Car Park 12A (ISS Building)

The maximum parking charges for these 3 car parks is capped at $2.568 per entry for vehicles parking from 8.30am to 6pm on weekdays and from 8.30am to 5pm on Saturdays.
