Movers


I. Primary Term Contractor for:

  • Administration, Shifting and Arrangement Works in exams halls and rooms based on NUS Estate Maintenance Zone System
  • Administration, Shifting and Arrangement Works for NUS departments/ organizations on ad-hoc basis 
  • Schedule of Rates


II. Secondary Term Contractor for:


  • Shifting and Arrangement Works for NUS departments/ organizations on ad-hoc basis
  • Schedule of Rates


III. Provision of Exam Tables and Chairs


  • Office of Estate and Development (OED) supplies furniture and other items and arranges them for corporate events within or outside the University e.g. examination, NUS commencement ceremonies and other important campus functions.
  • OED assists in the transportation and minor shifting for departments and offices within the campus.
  • Department has to submit a Request for Maintenance Works via work notification system via SAP seven (7) days before the event to OED through their respective Department Secretary.
  • OED's Supervisor-in-charge will check and confirm the booking with the requestor
  • Movers will be deployed on the requested date subject to a maximum of two (2) men and one hour's operation.

 

Note: Logistics Support does not include supplying of movers for the dispatching of letters, mails, etc.
