Estate Maintenance Services

Estate Maintenance Services is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all University facilities and grounds. The section is a service organization, staffed with skilled trade’s people who are dedicated to provide a safe, clean and green campus community. Estate Maintenance Services includes Housekeeping, Electrical, Building, Airconditioning and Mechanical & Plumbing

Services provided by the Estate Maintenance Services division fall into two categories, minor improvement works and A&A works.
