Estate Maintenance

The NUS’s Kent Ridge Campus has been divided into four (4) main integrated zones where the various technical functions collaborate to service a particular geographical region.
Currently, every faculty and department has an assigned manager to liaise directly with the respective OED zone manager when a request is made.

This one-stop service apart from saving time for our customers also facilitates a matrix structure in OED, which transcends cross-functional barriers to encourage communication at all levels. Each zone is responsible for all the routine facilities maintenance works. Zone managers are managed under the umbrella of the Estate Manatenance Department.
