Although we have reaped sweet success for this project, our team will not rest on our laurels but will always be ready to meet greater challenges ahead. We look forward to another bountiful year ahead!

Project Details

Prior to the implementation of the Drawing Archival System (DAS) in Jan 2004, the staff from Space Planning & Management unit, Campus Development division, had great difficulties managing and retrieving 22,000 copies of as-built drawings manually. This situation was aggravated by frequent drawing requests from staff and consultants, which disrupted our operations.

Since the successful implementation of the project in July 2004, difficulty in managing and retrieval of drawings has become history. In addition, we enjoyed numerous tangible and intangible benefits.
