Welcome to the Office of Estate and Development (OED)
website. We hope
you will find our website useful and informative.
Visitors will find information regarding the key roles and responsibilities
of OED's three main functional groups. These functional groups provide a myriad
of services to the University community ranging from basic facilities management
to infrastructural development covering both campuses at Kent Ridge and Bukit
Timah.
As we deliver our services, we pride ourselves in providing timely, responsive
and value-added services to our customers. Our journey towards organization
excellence has begun and we pledge ourselves never to cease improving further
on our service delivery after each milestone. As a testimony to our efforts,
the following construction projects undertaken by OED attained the Green Mark
Gold status awarded by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA)

OED also achieved the Merit Award during the 2009 Annual Safety and Health Performance Award Ceremony.
Through this website, OED wishes to reach out to our community and beyond. We
will also ride on this platform to provide you with some insights of some of
the projects recently undertaken by OED as we systematically transform our campuses
in line with
the University's Vision and Mission.
