Manager / Assistant Manager (Retail & Dining Services)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the planning, management and operation matters for the retail and F&B facilities within the campus and to work closely with the stakeholders and the vendors
    Provide support in administering operational and management strategies for Retail & Dining Services
    Handling of the fit out co-ordination works for the F&B outlets
    Ensure efficient dealing of feedback & complaints on various services provided
    Involve in tender evaluation and recommendation reports
    Handle leasing matters relating to retail and F&B outlets
    Liaise with tenants on tenancy matters and monitor vendors performance
    Assist in managing administrative matters as required
       

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably property management experience in a retail environment
A team player with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, plan, organise and meet timeline
A self starter who has the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
