Manager/ Assistant Manager (Estate Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the facilities, premises and M&E services in the campus to ensure good housekeeping, safety and maintenance standards
    Optimizing manpower deployment across the Division, reviewing and planning services offered to meet changing needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders
    Monitor and review of key performance indicators within the section
    Responsible for the development and coaching of employees
    Manage and review operations budget and financial matters
    Recommend and evaluate tenders and quotations
    Review maintenance program and assess maintenance problems
    Promote organizational excellence within the division
    Keep abreast with safety / environmental laws and regulations
       

Requirements:

A good Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, preferably in the areas of facilities and maintenance management or engineering experience of buildings with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
