Senior Executive / Executive (Retail & Dining Services)

Responsibilities:

• 	To handle all operation issues for the retail and dining outlets
  	To co-ordinate fit out works for the incoming tenants
  	To conduct monthly inspection for the canteen and F&B outlets
  	To handle all repair and maintenance issues
  	Handling of tenant’s feedback and complaints
  	Liaise with tenants on tenancy matters and monitor vendors performance
  	To source for quotations for all repair works

Requirements:

	Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
	At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably property management for retail and F&B outlets
	A team player with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, plan, organise and meet timeline
