Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive (Corporate Communications)

Responsibilities:

  •   Maintain and promote the organisation's corporate image
      Act as the liaison officer between OED and NUS communities and external parties on all corporate communications matters, including handling media queries where called upon
      Manage public relation outreach within NUS communities, including coordination of relevant events
      Manage on-line media postings and broadcasts; publish newsletter or other writings for purpose of communication
      Preparation of presentation materials for senior management
      Prepare annual communications budget, monitor and control expenditures
      Organise annual management retreat and related activities
      Overseeing office administration functions
         

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications or equivalent related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications work
Prior work experience in established corporations/organization with excellent  organizational framework is preferred
Strong verbal and writing skills; with proven track record
Ability to interact with senior management and all users with a good customer service skill set
Strong interpersonal skills
