Office of Estate and Development

Organisation Structure

Office of Estate and Development (OED) is one of the corporate support offices of the National University of Singapore (NUS). The office is responsible for the following key service areas.

 

Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Division comprises of Contracts Administration, Procurement, Corporate Communications, Quality Service Management and IT. These units provide strategic support to the OED Directorate in the management of activities such as tender administration, funding management, staff development, organisational excellence and communications.


Development Services

The main functions of Development Services are to perform project management, upgrading and regularization of buildings and infrastructure development such as connectivity and barrier free accessibility, slope stability and drainage control.


Maintenance Services

The main functions of Maintenance Services are to perform installation of mechanical and electrical systems, management and maintenance of landscaping, pest control, refuse disposal, minor repairs and decorations, campus signage and management of maintenance of Maintenance Response Centre.

Facilities Services

The main functions of Facilities Services are to provide efficient good quality food and services at affordable prices for the retail and dining outlets and transportation services, in-house transportation, management of car parks and logistics support for major events.
