Organisation Structure

Office of Estate and Development (OED) is one of the corporate support departments of the National University of Singapore (NUS). The department is responsible for Campus Development, Facilities Operations, Upgrading and Maintenance and Campus Services to a population of approximately 40,000 staff and students.

Administration and Finance

The units that fall under the Administration and Finance ambit comprise of Contracts & Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Quality Service Management and Special Projects. These units provide strategic support to the OED Directorate in the management of activities such as tender administration, funding management, staff development, organisational excellence and communications.


Campus Development

The main functions of the Campus Development Functional Group is to plan for and propose development projects, procure the services of consultants and contractors for infrastructure development and manage campus infrastructure and buildings for teaching and ancillary support.


Facilities Operations, Upgrading & Maintenance

Facilities Operations, Upgrading & Maintenance Functional Group takes charge of the routine up-keeping, upgrading and maintenance of the campus facilities and buildings.


Campus Services

The Campus Services Functional Group is responsible for the provision of retail and dining, transport, parking and logistics services for the University.
