To support OED in the project management of new Developments and upgrading works on NUS campuses, by working closely with the NUS Users and other Stakeholders.
To manage assigned projects on NUS campuses (Planning, Design Development, Procurement, Contracts Administration, Site Supervision, Liaison with various stakeholders, Testing and Commissioning, Management of Project Account and Defect Liability issues).
- To ensure that projects complete within schedule and approved budget, and is properly handed back to the NUS User and over to the Maintenance team at Office of Facilities Management (OFM).
- To work closely with the Consultants and ensure that projects comply with NUS's policies and guidelines.
- To provide progress updates on assigned projects for routine/ ad-hoc management reporting.
- To assist in any other duties assigned by the Associate Director.
