3 rings emergency call pick-up Incoming telephone calls to the OCS Hotline (6874 1616) will be answered within 3 rings.
12 minutes response time Our resources will arrive at the scene within 12 minutes of activation.
3 working days reply OCS staff will respond to enquiries or feedback within 3 working days. If the final reply cannot be made within 3 working days, an interim reply will be given.
