	Do not leave your laptop and other valuables unattended. Safeguard your belongings Keep your bags in the locker provided by the University Do not lend your handphone to strangers as they may run away with it Don’t use your handphone or laptop to ‘reserve’ a seat in the canteens and food outlets Record the Media Access Control (MAC) address, serial and model numbers of your laptop and keep them in a separate, secure location Use a cable locking device to secure your laptop while it is being used. Have the keys with you at all times Report to campus security at 6874 1616 immediately if you discover your item/s missing or spot any strangers behaving suspiciously in the vicinity
