Non-Singaporeans/PRs Graduates of NUS/NTU/SMU/SUTD applying for a 2nd undergraduate degree

Non-Singaporeans or Non-Singapore Permanent Residents
- who had graduated from NUS/NTU/SMU/SUTD
Applicants will be evaluated based on their high school results, their University results till date and any other academic and non-academic achievements they may present for the application.
Applicants will be evaluated for admission on the basis of their high school results, University results, any other academic and non-academic achievements that are submitted to support this application.
Please note that under the eligibility guidelines of the MOE Tuition Grant, applicants who had obtained a Bachelor’s degree through the Tuition Grant are not eligible for the MOE Tuition Grant when they pursue the 2nd undergraduate course (Except for applicants applying for the Graduate Law Programme.)
Graduates seeking admission to the Graduate Law Programme (GLP) will be eligible for the Tuition Grant regardless of them obtaining their 1st Bachelor’s degrees with the Tuition Grant. However, there are a limited number of GLP students who can enjoy the Tuition Grant while pursuing their 2nd undergraduate course.
