• Non-Singaporeans/PRs Graduates of NUS/NTU/SMU/SUTD applying for a 2nd degree
• Non-Singaporeans/PRs Graduates of a foreign University
• Non-Singaporeans/PRs who have taken Singapore-Cambridge A levels, Polytechnic Diploma, International Baccalaureate Diploma or NUS High School Diploma and are/were not enrolled in a Local University
