Applicants seeking admission to Architecture, Industrial Design, Project & Facilities Management and Real Estate must satisfy a minimum GCE 'O' Level Elementary Mathematics requirement.
* Applicants may receive up to 40MCs of module exemptions. Further information may be obtained from NUS Bulletin.^ Applicants with relevant Diplomas may be granted selective module exemptions, subject to faculty / school approval or based on performance in placement tests set by faculty/ school. They may refer to faculty / school websites for more information.
+ Streaming of the Applied Chemistry track will only be carried out after Year 1.
# Applicants seeking admission to the School of Computing courses may view their module exemptions here.## Candidates must fulfil the following Mathematics requirements in order to be considered for the respective Computing courses:
i) Computing (Computer Science courses) includes Bachelor of Computing in either Computer Science, Communications & Media or Computational Biology: At least a B4 grade in GCE 'O' level Additional Mathematics.
ii) Computing (Information Systems courses) includes Bachelor of Computing in either Information Systems or Electronic Commerce: At least an A2 in GCE 'O' level Elementary Mathematics or at least a B4 grade in GCE 'O' level Additional Mathematics.
° Applicants can opt for admission to a common engineering programme, and proceed after a year into a specific engineering course, subject to faculty approval.
~ Applicants applying for Law should possess excellent 'O' level results, a minimum grade of A2 in English Language at 'O' level and a Certificate of Merit (COM) from their polytechnic studies.
