The International Baccalaureate (IB) online application form is meant for applicants (regardless of nationality) presenting the IB diploma seeking admission to NUS. It includes full-time National Servicemen (NSF) with the IB diploma who have a course reserved in NUS but wish to apply for a change of course.

The International Baccalaureate (IB) online application form is meant for:

A.    Students presenting November 2012 or earlier IB Examination Session results

-    These students may apply for admission with their actual International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma results.

Some students may be subjected to the Mother Tongue Language (MTL) requirement for admission. For more information, please refer to the FAQ.

In addition, you can provide information on awards/honours that you have won. If you wish to be considered under this scheme, you should provide the details in the 'Discretionary Admissions' section in the online application form. You should then follow up by sending supporting documents to NUS. Please note that if the 'Discretionary Admissions' section in the online application form is not filled in, you will not be considered under this scheme.

Applicants who wished to be considered under the Discretionary Admission scheme for Medicine should apply under the Exceptional Individual Scheme by 25 March 2013.

The Exceptional Individual Scheme (EIS) was developed as a way of exercising discretionary criteria in admitting a small number of students to the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Applications submitted through this route will be evaluated by the Selection Committee on the basis of exceptional talent and achievement in addition to academic results.
