The National University of Singapore (NUS)

the following categories and determine which category best describes

Eligibility for admission
Kindly note that you will be considered for admission to the National
University of Singapore (NUS) if you meet our minimum eligibility
criteria. The offer of a place in NUS also depends upon the number
of places available and the quality of those competing for a place.
The following categories are relevant to applicants
applying for full-time undergraduate admission in
Academic Year (AY) 2008-2009
Category A
Applicants (regardless of
nationality) presenting the Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A'
Level results.

for admission to NUS.
When to apply
Admission exercise for AY2008-2009 has closed on 1 April 2008. Applications for AY2009-2010 will be invited in March 2009 again.
Mature applicants (regardless
of nationality) presenting the Singapore-Cambridge GCE
'A' Level results and / or an acceptable Diploma
from a Polytechnic in Singapore.
A mature applicant is one who is at least 25 years of
age with at least four years of full-time work experience
as of 1 July of the admission year.

qualifications.

results and/or an accredited Diploma from a local Polytechnic in Singapore.
3.
Singaporeans or
Singapore Permanent Residents who are undergraduates
of a foreign University seeking admission or a transfer
to NUS.
4.
Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent
Residents who are University graduates applying
for an undergraduate degree course.
5.
Current or former
students from NUS, NTU or SMU seeking a transfer
or admission.
