The Scholars’ Alliance kick-off picnic was a great success! Thirty-eight people in-total showed up at the Botanic Gardens for the picnic (30 students, 3 staff). Jee had organized some fun games for the students and Alvin made sure the dinner arrived safely! Unfortunately, the rain storm slowed things down at the beginning but that didn’t last long or dampen students’ spirits. Husna, Alvin, and Jee did a great job getting everything organized and ensuring the students had a good time. Students have already posted pictures of the picnic on the Scholars Alliance Facebook. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped out. We look forward to more Scholars’ Alliance events in the future!
