Important information to note before registering for a course


Course Registration

To enable us to follow-up on your application, kindly provide us with the requested information as indicated on the form. Please check information details are correct and endorse on the form before submitting to us.

Please send in your completed application form together with payment to: NUS Extension, 9 Penang Road, #12-01 Park Mall (Opp. Dhoby Ghaut MRT) Singapore 238459.


Instructions on Obtaining An Application Form

To obtain a copy of the registration form:

Method 1:

  • Online Application

    • Fill in all your details onto the online application form and click on the “submit” button.

      Upon successful submission, you will be kept informed of the course status through email approximately 1 week before the scheduled commencement date of the course. If you have not heard from us by then, please contact us at 6338-8400 or email us at nexquery@nus.edu.sg

Method 2:

Download a copy of the registration form in MS Word format.

For Internet Explorer users,

  1. Right-click once on the hyperlink
  2. Select the option "Save Target As" to download the file.
  3. Save the file in a temporary directory on your hard drive.
  4. Double click on the file or use Microsoft Word to open the file.

For Netscape users,

  1. Click on the hyperlink to download or right button click once on the hyperlink
  2. Select the option "Save Link As" to download the file.
  3. Save the file in a temporary directory on your hard drive.
  4. Double click on the file or use Microsoft Word to open the file.

Method 3:

Request for the registration form to be sent to you by fax or email:

  • Please call us during office hours at 6338-8400 or email us at nexquery@nus.edu.sg to request for a copy of the registration form to be sent to you by fax or email

Company-Sponsored

Subject to availability of places, sponsoring organizations may make fax reservations for staff members using the organization's official letterhead. Payment should be made for places reserved within a week, or prior to course commencement, whichever is shorter.

For sponsorship involving groups of 10 or more persons, we would suggest that you contact us for a specially-tailored in-house provision.
