Whether you are implementing a new software, developing new products or expanding into new markets, projects are critical for both the growth and long-term success of organizations. However, project completions statistics are sobering, most projects will not achieve their objectives. Unfortunately risk management is too often not a priority for many projects managers and their sponsors. Many project managers have unfortunately discovered that neglecting project risks (in terms of strategy and operations, financing and hazard) will adversely impact project schedule, cost and resources commitment, which often lead a project to fail!
Hence the essential purpose of the CPRPTM program is to provide a practical understanding of Project Risk Management as the discipline of organizing and managing limited resources considering internal and external risks/constraints in a way that the project is completed effectively and achieves its objectives supporting organizational performance.
The CPRP™ establishes a recognized standard of knowledge and competence for Project Risk Management professionals and is conducted by the Asia Risk Management Institute (ARiMI), the leading Asian Research and Professional Development Institute in Enterprise Risk Management, together with the National University of Singapore (NUS). CPRP™ is your passport to become a highly effective Project Risk Manager!
