The mismanagement of your organization’s greatest asset: the employees, is the root of most evils for many companies. Incompetent, ineffective, de-motivated, etc. employees/managers/leaders at every level of an organization lead to destructive behaviour in teams not only generating tremendous waste of resources at very high cost but also threaten the survival of many organizations. Whatever is your position and function in an organization, you will need to recruit and have the right people in your team organized and motivated within an appropriate structure and systems to carry out and implement your strategy, run the operational processes effectively to deliver the value necessary to grow your organization.
