Synopsis

In the 21st century of globally connected world of diversities, many business rules are being rewritten. There is the need to shift from the Polarized A or B thinking to Integrative Design Thinking for strategies. From top down centrally directed to collaborative, hubs and even self-directed execution. Success requires one to do well in both – the design and the execution of strategies. This course provides the framework and methods to ride on proven management practices with greater collaboration, flexibility and agility in the design and execution of strategies.

You will learn how to find and create: business value, worthy mission, inspiring vision, strong culture of values and executable strategies to achieve the vision.  Strategy map of cause-effect linked objectives over multiple perspectives of financials, customers, processes, staff and organization with measurements, targets and ownership provides focus and alignment throughout the organization.
