Instructional Methodology
Visuals, Experiential Exercises, Self-assessment, Role-playing, Close-guidance and Coaching of individuals by the trainer, Group Presentation
Pictures of each participant will be taken for comparison of the changes
Important
*Participants are required to bring along a few sets of their usual work attires, which they can change during the workshop so we can identify and assess the elements of each of their current style.
*Participants are required to bring at least 2 fashion magazines (relevant to their gender, ie. Men are to bring men fashion magazines. Ladies are to bring women fashion magazines).

Identify the SEAT (skills, experience, aspirations and talents) of each participant
Identify gaps the gap of each participants’ personal brand & how they are perceived.
(This exercise is important in helping participants appreciate each of their inner qualities and at the same time find solutions to close the gap of their Personal Brand and how they are being perceived in terms of image)
Image Strategy 1: Body & Style Solutions
Identify the common body shapes and figure challenges among participants
Learn how to enhance assets and camouflage flaws for the body shapes
Learn what styles work and why they work
Image Strategy 2: Looking FAB
FAB as the essence of dressing your best for Optimal Professional
Presence
(FAB= Fit, Appropriateness, Blind Spots)
Fit: How to increase sharpness and smartness with the right fit and professional style
Appropriateness: formality, common dress codes, age, style vs fad
Examine the different levels of formality and dress codes
How to portray effective Professional Styles with 3 different levels of formality, including Business Casual
Decoding the international dress codes
Examining elements of age-appropriateness and style (vs fad)
Blind Spots: What you don’t know may hurt you
(Participants are required to bring along a few sets/pieces of their usual work attires which they can change into, so we can identify elements of FAB: FIT, APPROPRIATENESS and BLIND SPOTS in what they currently wear for their work. This is where participants can truly learn about how their current image is.)
