• Four key questions that all audience ask even before you start your presentation
• Insider strategies to get your audience eating out of your hands every single time (including sharing top ten opening and closing techniques)
• Techniques to organise thoughts and points in a logical and clear manner so that your audience can follow your presentation from start to end

• Beat the curse of knowledge – the biggest obstacle to delivering a clear and compelling presentation
• Make your ideas and content sticky so that your audience will easily remember your presentation even after weeks and months
• Motivate your audience and create buy-in by first understanding what causes people to act
• Personal coaching session to uncover your speaking strengths and blind spots, including sharing the six key components to confident delivery (facial expressions, eye contact, energy, body gestures, voice projection, intonation & articulation)

NOTE: Every participant will at least get to present SEVEN times throughout the entire two-day program. The coaching session will be videotaped and reviewed together with the participant in class.
