Objectives
By the end of this one-day practical workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Identify their Inter-cultural savvy skills with our self-discovery quiz
- Meet, greet and interface with work partners with confidence and ease
- Avoid “goof ups” in dealing with working partners across borders and cultures
- Interface effectively with overseas parties and officials at events
- Overcome challenges working in today’s multi-cultural environment
- Receive VIPS and officials with the correct forms of protocol and salutation
- Understand and appreciate different cross cultural practices, norms and conventions when dealing with those from other backgrounds especially China, US, UK, Japan, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Europe and Middle East
- Promote healthy discussion, engagement and sharing in pluralistic and diverse working environments.
- Improve their cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Ensure a dynamic engaging working experience
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
A practical approach will be taken with 70% of the course on application and practical sessions with 30% on techniques and concepts. Training will be customized to meet the needs of your specific levels and designations attending the workshop.
