Introduction
We have all met that dynamic, charismatic person that just has a way with others, and has a way of being remembered. This workshop will help participants work towards being that unforgettable person by providing communication skills, win-win techniques, tips on making an impact, and advice on networking and starting conversations. Initiating a conversation is one interpersonal skill, maintaining it is another. To be able to keep a conversation from being stuck, it is just as important to know techniques in moving a conversation along.
Words are powerful tools of communication. Indeed, word choice can easily influence the thoughts, attitudes, and behavior of the people listening to us.
