Synopsis

The basic Korean language series, delivered in Mandarin, is divided into three levels. In Level 1, the focus is on building a strong fundamental understanding of the language. While completing Level 1 is not compulsory for proceeding to Level 2, it is highly recommended for students who want a complete appreciation of the language. On completing Level 1, the student would be able to read, write and pronounce the 21 vowels, 19 consonants of the Korean character set together with the ten rules for pronouncing Korean words. The student would also learn at least 100 words used in daily conversation. At the end of each lesson, the teacher will also spend some time to introduce students to the cultural aspect of the Korean people.
