Sharpening Your People Skills with D.I.S.C. 
Synopsis
According to a major study conducted by the Carnegie Foundation and Harvard and Stanford Universities, success at home, community and work depends 85% on people skills and self knowledge, and only 15% on technical knowledge.This workshop is designed to help participants polish up their interpersonal relational skills. This set of people’s skills includes the ability to negotiate successfully, manage and resolve conflicts confidently and amicably, and communicate effectively to establish rapport and deepen bonds. All these will contribute to the building of a high performance team of unique individuals working effectively with each other.
Objectives
By the end of this workshop, you will learn to:- Understand what makes you tick, and what ticks you off. (D.I.S.C)
- Sharpen your perceptions of others’ behavioural and communication style, and appreciate them as unique individuals
