Short Title: Applied Psychology for Managing People
Over the past few years, there have been a number of significant developments in the behavioral sciences that can help the manager or supervisor to do his job better. Such developments focus on the needs, attitudes, expectations and behavior of people as individuals and as member of groups. But, many of these findings are inaccessible to the manager or supervisor. Now with this course, the manager or supervisor can find all of the new psychological approaches to handling people set forth clearly and adapted to effective use to enhance their managerial roles. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:1. Use their executive drive.
