Title:

Management Assistant Officer

 

To provide support for financial and general staff/students administrative matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Managers in charge of Finance and general students/staff matters.
  • Assist on finance matters such as process invoices for payments, TRAC claims & verifications, procurement, billing, fixed assets, claims and reimbursements and all other finance matters such as journals.
  • Assist in tracking research grants spending.
  • Assist in annual fixed assets verification exercise, tracking of fixed assets.
  • Replenish office supplies and stationery.
  • Assist in office events and seminars.
  • Any other task as assigned by senior management.
  • Handle academic matters, manage/coordinate logistical preparation of visiting appointments.
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
  • Good organizational ability and a good team player
