Chinese Academy of Sciences visits NERI

Chinese Academy of Sciences visits NERI.

Recently, colleagues from the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) visited NERI. Led by Prof. Yongguan Zhu, Director General Institute, CAS was exploring research collaborations with NUS.

NERI hosted the visit with colleagues from Centre of Sustainable Asian Cities (School of Design and Environment) and Department of Civil Engineering (Faculty of Engineering), NUS. There was a good exchange of knowledge sharing from both CAS and NUS Colleagues. Both parties recognise that there are synergies in the form of graduate students/post docs training and staff exchange in the area of urban-related studies and will be working to explore collaborations in the near future.
