The GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP MONITOR (GEM) Study has been benchmarking entrepreneurial developments of leading economies of the world annually since 1999. In that time, over 40 countries have participated in the GEM project. NEC has been conducting the Singapore country study for GEM since year 2000.
