Abstract
Does e-commerce provide a level playing field for entrepreneurs
organizationally, geo-economically, technologically, and
culturally? What are the particular challenges and opportunities
for Asian societies and economies? We discuss the major
trends in e-commerce that are transforming businesses
worldwide and show how Asian companies may indeed "leap-frog"
other regional leaders.
