FACILITIES RENTAL RATE
CONCERT HALL (573 seats)
PERFORMANCE RATE
Per 4 hour block and includes air-conditioning, basic lighting, sound system, usage of artist & dressing rooms. Other charges apply.

Commercial Organisations: Minimum rental of $3600, or 15% of gross ticket sales, whichever is higher. Additional hour: $900
Non-Profit Organisation / Arts group / Educational Institutions: Minimum rental of $2800, or 15% of gross ticket sales, whichever is higher. Additional hour: $700
NUS Departments: Minimum rental of $2400, or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is higher. Additional hour: $600
REHEARSAL/SET-UP/TEAR DOWN RATE
Per 4 hour block and includes stage air-conditioning, basic lighting, sound system, usage of artist & dressing rooms. Other charges apply.
All organisations: $1000 (Additional hour: $250)
NUS Departments: $600 (Additional hour: $150)
ORCHESTRA HALL (150 seats)
VENUE RENTAL RATE
Per 4 hour block and includes air-conditioning, basic lighting, sound system. Other charges apply.

All organisations: $800 (Additional hour: $200)
NUS Departments: $560 (Additional hour: $140)
RECITAL STUDIO (80 seats)
VENUE RENTAL RATE
Per 4 hour block and includes air-conditioning, basic lighting, AV equipment. Other charges apply.

All organisations: $600 (Additional hour: $150)
NUS Departments: $420 (Additional hour: $105)
OTHER FACILITIES (minimum 4 hours)

PIANO
Hire of piano: $300
Tuning (normal): $250

STAFF SUPPORT / STAGE CREW
Per hour, minimum of 4 hours. A minimum of 2 stage crew is required for Concert Hall. The Conservatory reserves the right to call upon additional stage crew for events that require additional manpower.

All days between 0830 and 0000hrs: $20/hour per person with overtime rate at $30/hour per person after 8 hours of lapsed work
All days from 0000 and 0830: $40/hour per person

2 track recording: $100.00/hr, $1000/day
Editing and Mastering: $100.00/hr, $1000/day
Multitrack recording: $200.00/hr, $2000/day
Multitrack mixdown: $200.00/hr, $2000/day
AUDIO DUPLICATION
All organizations and NUS Departments
1 CD/DVD: $10.00 each
2CDs/DVDs-set: $20.00 each
Additional copy of same material: $5.00 each
*Rush duplications (within three working days) will include an additional fee of 25% of the cost.
