Conservatory alumni and oboist Seow Yibin returns to Singapore for a recital. Yibin graduated from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in 2008 and is currently pursuing his Masters in Performance with Emanuel Abbuehl at the Basel Musik Hochschule in Switzerland, with the support of the National Arts Council.
