Consular/Visa Regulation |
|
Please note that as of AY11/12 Semester 2 the visa application (entry visa and/or residence permit) fee has been increased to 600 Euros. Please ensure that you can bear this cost before applying for SEP in the Netherlands.
The International Relations Office will contact you by email approx. two months before the start of your TU/e program to arrange your visa and other administrative matters.
We will require the following in order to organise a priority visa application:
| |
-
If you are paying your own study costs (self-financing) you are required to transfer a 15,000 euro fee. This fee will be used to pay for the visa application and/or residence permit application and the first year tuition fees for enrolment in a TU/e program. Any remaining money will be transferred to your Dutch bank account shortly before your arrival in Eindhoven.
-
All students should ensure that the International Relations Office has a copy of their passport. This must be valid until at least October 1, 2012. If you have already sent this with your application, you do not need to send another copy.
