Founded in 1952 and currently located at Cergy-Pontoise, north-west of Paris, ENSEA is one of the top French schools in electrical engineering. Being a graduate school in computer science and telecommunications as well, ENSEA forms a system of 200 elite institutions, the "Grandes Ecoles", which constitute the apex of the graduate education system in France.
Emphasis is also placed on a solid education in general science and in all areas of electronics. The core of the curriculum is built around the idea of giving the students the tools to solve engineering problems through creativity and initiative, providing the platform for graduates to a successfull career in industry or research. The unique structure of the classes enables students to develop human qualities such as leadership and openness, features that would be pertinent in their future careers.

Health/Medical Insurance |

All students must be covered by French National Student Health Insurance (Sécurité sociale) in order to qualify for full-time student status.
As full time students you will be required by French law to adhere to the national social security system for your health coverage. The cost is low, and allows you access to all doctors. It is recommended that you pay a minimal extra fee for complementary insurance so that your coverage will be 100%.
