Studying in France

France offers a wide range of higher education opportunities and programs for exchange or full time students. Aside from the nationally funded public education system that provides recognized degrees, there are also private institutes. In total, there are 81 French public universities

In addition, these universities offer a wide range of subjects, from science to arts to business and engineering.

Testimonial from students

"France, the largest country in Europe is home to the Eiffel Tower, the first underground rail system, and other feats of architecture and engineering. The romantic Seine, the famous waterways like La Loire, the extensive art collections in the 8000-odd French museums all combine to cultivate an ambience of passion and emotion. To me, the choice of France as a destination for SEP was a given.

I could never imagine how much a person's perception of the concept of life itself can change after just one semester abroad. The role as an undergraduate in a French school, a student ambassador, a new friend, a traveller, and a house mate has been enriching.

The exposure has rendered me more open-minded, expressive, and daring, which some local folks might consider extreme. The second stage of recovery is accompanied by a realisation and deeper understanding of that difference. The result is a more careful and sensitive approach to the human environment. These points are invaluable ingredients to character building, through the thick and thin of independent living. The people and incidents involved, created wonderful moments that I will always cherish. Finally, those who return from France are trilingual at the least, conquering the world's fourth commonly used language."
