Housing Options |
|
On-campus Housing:
A limited number of residence spaces have been reserved for exchange students at Columbia Lake Village. An application is required and spaces will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. In June, exchange students can also apply to any of the first-year residences that are not yet full.
Off-campus housing:
Most student accommodation in Waterloo is rented on a single-occupancy, shared-accommodation basis. This means that you’ll pay a per-room, per-month rate. Depending on your arrangements, utilities, parking, laundry facilities, etc. may be extra. Rental or lease periods, as well as the level of furnishing, will also vary.
Shared-accommodation is readily available and very accessible, with prices ranging from CAD350 to CAD550 per month for a single room in a shared apartment or house.
