LANCASTER UNIVERSITY
United Kingdom |
| Institution Profile |
Lancaster University is one of the leading teaching and research universities in the UK. It is set in 250 acres of parkland, just on the outskirts of the historic city of Lancaster. The Lake District National Park is a short distance to the north, and the Forest of Bowland and Yorkshire Dales are also nearby. If you prefer to take in the Northern music scene or a live football game rather than a Lake District hike, Liverpool and Manchester are near neighbors and short train rides away.
