Amsterdam is one of Europe 's most beautiful cities. It has endless possibilities for shopping, sports, arts and culture. International students will feel very welcome here, as Amsterdam plays host to 4.6 million tourists and foreigners yearly. Hence the city is very well equipped to cater for everyone's needs with an international sign-posting system within the city. Amsterdam is the home of the soccer team Ajax and the football stadium can be found there too. As for pubs and cafés, most of the cafés are open until 1am leaving you time to relax and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Amsterdam . Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of each other, making Amsterdam a perfect tourist town. As well as all the museums Amsterdam has a rich historic background that can be seen through out the town.
